Each classic yacht carries an extensive library of wildlife references, with binoculars and even a

HYDROPHONE ----bring your laptop so you can "see" the underwater life!----to check up on the

local DOLPHIN inhabitants and whale visitors.  (The owner,a retired marine Zoologist will

probably be on his own classic Westerly somewhere in the area, and can be accessed by VHF

or mobile phone  if you have any wildlife -- or other --queries.)

We are the only yacht charter company 

offering sailing in the Moray Firth and

Loch Ness / Caledonian Canal.

So, we rely on our local environment and wildlife, and it makes good sense to look after them.

We are actively trying to be "green" and as

ecofriendly as possible; we wholeheartedly

support the  Dolphin Space  programme, the  WiSe Scheme, SAC,

the Green Blue, and 10:10 .

 We support local food sourcing, and provide organic provision boxes when required; on-board you will find re-cycling bins and (sensible!) suggestions for where to empty them; our oils and other technical wastes are disposed of correctly, and of course , our yachts are re-cycled! --they are refurbished to a very high degree, rather than use up another few thousand barrels of oil producing another sleek new hull or two!
