New to sailing ?

 

The inner Moray Firth, west of Chanonry Point (where the dolphins

gather), is an excellent area for sheltered sailing; if you are fairly

new to sailing and would like to charter from us, we can offer you just

as much tuition as you need, to give you the confidence to set out as

Skipper.

 

 For those who are very new, our home berth is within the entrance to

the Caledonian Canal,  so let us help you learn in its 22 miles of broad

Canal and 38 miles of "loch" (lake) !   

 

Two days gentle sail along the Canal brings 

you to Loch Dochfour, and a lovely

overnight setting, in perfectly sheltered

surroundings; you can improve your sailing

proficiency here in relative safety, before

venturing out onto Loch Ness.

 

 

 

 

 

And, no, we don't mention the "monstrous" wildlife on Loch Ness ......!
